Do I need to guarantee a certain number of guests to reserve any of your rooms?
We understand that it is very difficult to know how many guests you will have so many months in advance. Because of that, we have a food and beverage expenditure amount specified in each room. Please contact our Catering Department for specific room minimums.

What is your deposit policy?
We require just two deposits. The first deposit is due upon signing your confirmation agreement and the second is due at the halfway mark between when you booked and your event date. Your final guarantee and payment is due 14 days prior to your event.

How can I pay my deposits?
We accept Checks, Credit Cards, and Cash for your first two deposits. Personal checks are not accepted for final payment.

Can I order a children’s meal?
Absolutely. We offer Chicken Fingers and French Fries at a discounted price.

Do you offer vegetarian meals?
We do provide vegetarian meals. The chef will prepare a meal that will satisfy your vegetarian needs.

How many hours do we get the room for?
The package includes (5) hours for your wedding reception. Additional hours can be purchased on evening receptions. If you have your wedding ceremony at Knollwood Country Club, you get one hour for your ceremony.

Do you offer a food tasting?
We do provide one food tasting for each reception. We typically do the tasting the first Wednesday of each month in the evening. Reservations are required for this evening.

Do you have valet parking?
The club does offer valet parking at all functions. If you would like to host the valet for your guests, a nominal fee applies.
